Is it just me or has the "Recent Posts" bar that was at the top of most pages gone away? I know about the listing on the right side of the page that shows about 5 posts but I liked the bar better. Is it still there for other people?

Thanks for noticing that. It must have got lost in the last software update.
I put it back up.

Yup and gone for good. :)
In the main forum page you can now scroll down towards the bottom and see all the latest posts. You don't have to go to another page.
But in the right sidebar there is a quick list of new posts and if you go to the forums tab at the top it will drop down and show you a 'Recent posts' tab.
But with the new forum update the recent posts page isn't formatted as nice as it used to be but it will be soon. Probably just a few days.
So there are lots of ways to see the latest posts now. Not to mention at the top right of the forum you will see a something like 'there are xx topics with
unread posts' since your last visit.

Ok.
The one on the bottom of the forums home page is pretty good. I don't really like the one on the right hand side. Not enough information. It tells you there were posts, poster's nic and the forum posted in but no idea of the thread subject. I like the extra info to decide if I want to read it or not.
Anyway, this is good and thanks for the reply.
