How to watch two Slingboxes at the same time

Not many folks know you can actually watch two Slingboxes at the same time.  If you use the web browser at watch.slingbox.com its actually pretty easy.

All you have to do is open up two browsers or separate tabs and select two different Sling boxes to watch.  But what if you wanted to watch two Sling boxes using the Stand Alone SlingPlayer for Windows?

Before this you couldn't. If running your Sling Player program and then tried to start another one to watch your would be greeted with a warning that "There is already an instance of Sling Player Running" and would not be allowed to go any further.

Well here is how you can run two or more Sling Player programs under Windows. All you have to do is edit the SBCORE.INI file that your Sling Player uses.

If running Windows XP it will be in your Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataSling MediaSlingPlayer2.0 folder. If running Vista it will be here Program DataSling MediaSlingPlayer2.0

All you have to do is open up the SBCore.Ini file in notepad and add the switch "MultiInstance=1" just below the [Main] heading. Save it and from now on you can open up as many Sling Player's you wish.
