Slingbox will NOT appear on SlingCatcher's menu

I added a friend's Slingbox Pro HD successfully from SlingPlayer (PC) using Sling ID, and I was able to watch it on SlingPlayer.  But when I turned on SlingCatcher, the Slingbox Pro HD didn't appear under its SlingPlayer option.  I checked my Sling Account on watch.slingbox.com and http://www.slingaccounts.com, and the Slingbox Pro HD appeared just fine. Do I need to do something extra to make it appear on SlingCatcher?

One extra note, I don't have the administrator password for this Sling Pro HD.  Can this be the reason why I am NOT getting it on SlingCatcher?

Problem solved.  just have to unplug the power to refresh itself.
