Unfortunately, the only suggestion I can give is to keep trying. Sling Media's servers are flakey and aren't consistently working the way its supposed to work.

Hi vaazzurro (and all) – just to reassure you, the server issues being referenced here are 100% fixed and have been for some time. There are no Sling server issues.
Nup can't be server issues according to sling media it must be some othe reason you have problems. Whatever they are sling are denying it is because of them.
Perhaps need to clean out your PC's cache, use revo uninstaller to remove sling and clean out your registry and and start afresh with a new install.
