Hello All

First post here and look forward to being a part of this community more.  I have a question and maybe someone can tell me if its plausable?

I am trying to setup my Harmony One remote to act as a remote for my Slingplayer to control my Slingbox Solo connected to a Blade7000 satellite receiver to my box back in England.  In my head I am thinking I can setup the Harmony One as a windows media center keyboard and then learn the keyboard short cuts to the Harmony remote one by one.  Sounds like a good plan but will it work…can only try.

Also I have the remote control for the Slingplayer but it has some custom buttons that do not have any keyboard shortcuts, would it be possible to short cut already custom button?  Right now to access the custom button you would go to the menu button > custom > custom27 (click).

Hope someone can please help.  Thank you very much

Stuart

There is a way you can add just about any keyboard shortcut to a remote code but I am not familiar with how to use the Harmony with Media center.

Maybe Alan R. has some tips but if you can start with trying to learn the commands tweaking the missing keyboard commands shouldn't be too hard.
