OK, that's close. I have rechecked the codes for Favourite and Record and they are correct. How did you access the Favourite function ?

Did you not read the instructions ? I quote:
BUTTON MAPPING

I have mapped all the logical keys. Extra functions have been mapped to the Custom Menu on the remote (Tap the Menu button at the top of the remote and select Custom) as follows:
Custom 10: F1
Custom 11: F2
Custom 12: F3
Custom 13: F4
Custom 14: Favourite
Custom 15: Audio
Custom 16: Aspect
Custom 17: Search
Custom 18: Subtitle
Custom 19: Teletext
So the Favourite button is Custom 14. I am guessing that the Colour buttons are also in there, so if you tell me which colour belongs to which function I will map them.

I sent the original image only Green Custom 16: Aspect, and Blue Custom 18: Subtitle, have written, red and yellow only works when I go to another menu, such as channel list, there are Red Lock, Green Skip , Yellow Move, Blue Sort.
with them I hope you can something

OK, I'm a bit confused. When I checked the codes I found I had already defined the colour buttons. I installed the V2010_PL.bin I sent you on my Slingbox and the Colour buttons on the resulting remote were definately enabled. So I am at a loss to explain why they are not enabled on your remote. Can you re-run the video source setup routine and make sure you follow the instructions.
