I have been using Google Chrome & Internet Explorer for watching my Slingbox. I am running Windows 7 that has been fully updated. I typically have gotten speeds between 2500-4000 kbps through remote viewing.
I am using a Slingbox Pro-HD connected to a ViP 722K box.
In the past two days my connection has dropped to the area of 40kpbs with a black screen. It occasional will work for a moment where I will be able to watch the show and then go black and drop to those speeds.
This problem seems isolated to the web player because I can watch normally on my tablet and phone. Unfortunately the SlingPlayer does not seem to be compatible in HD with the 722k box from what I have read. I have downloaded, had a good speed, but still had a very mediocre picture.
I was hoping someone in the community has dealt with this issue and knew of a possible solution.
Are you still having issues? It is possible that they may have been having problems with their servers for a day or two that caused a problem in the web browser.

the past week I too have been having issues with my AV and the web player. It's not my slingbox because when I use the thick client player (version 1.5) it goes up to 2100kbps. But the past 7-10 days or so the web is 400 to 800 at best, sometimes going under 200kbps. I reset everything and still same results. Anyone else seeing these slow downs? Is the AV no longer supported for web use? Have the sling servers been on the fritz lately?
I haven't noticed anything lately. The AV should still work fine in the web browser.
It might be worth a try and re-run the internet viewing wizard just to make sure everything is reset and looks fine.
