I've got a slingbox pro that worked perfectly for several years…until last spring when the unit suddenly stopped recognizing the cable feed through the coax port (I've verified that the cables and signals are just fine). While troubleshooting, I foolishly did a firmware upgrade which cratered it completely.  About 50 attempts at a factory reset later my unit is up and running again, but with the following:

-IR port seems to have dislodged inside the unit (no idea how that one happened)

-Coax port still won't recognize any video stream

-I get video just fine through the IN1 Connections to my ReplayTV, but no audio (have verified the feed/swapped the cables)

The first issue is obviously hardware….would love to hear if anyone has successfully replaced/repaired a dislodged IR port

I'm wondering if the second and third issues are possibly hardware as well, with the physical inputs/ports being the problem.

Any thoughts? Feels like general entropy with this thing…disappointing since it worked flawlessly for so long.
