What is the latest firmware for the Pro HD?   I am using 1.4.60 since that is stable for me.   Last I tried to upgrade to 2.0 I would get the disconnects in all the players.

I should be 2_01_180 but if you are happy with the firmware you are using you might just want to stay with it.

Sometimes firmware updates are to address other things like routers, mobile apps, etc. If you works as you want then now need to change?

I purchased the iPad version of the sling player, but can't use it because of the 1.4 firmware.   I would like to use it, but its not worth breaking the rest of my stuff :-)

 

Not sure if my router is the issue (it's a D-Link DIR-655) or if my Pro HD just doesn't like the newer firmware.   When I move back to the states from Germany next year I'll experiment to see if I can get it working.   Then again, I may try the Monsoon boxes……
