Hello,
I have the HDS 600RS and use an iPhone 4 with Slingplayer.
I am not watching on my home network but my laptop receives a feed of around 750 Kbps. Occasionally my iPhone Slingplayer will achieve the same and the picture is great. However, a lot of the time it only averages around 200 Kbps which is the same as 3G!
I can confirm my router is working and the signal is consistently strong.
Has anyone else experienced this?
